Inspired by the seventeenth century Cabinets of Curiosities, the organist Salvatore Appiano has spent his entire life collecting furniture and furnishings from different eras, particularly the baroque, transforming every room on every floor of his house into a chamber of art.
Walls, furniture, display cases: everything itself is an exhibit, every object has a story to tell.
In one lounge, there is also a piano where Mr Appiano likes to entertain visitors at the end of their visits.
