This museum is devoted to the years of Italy’s colonial occupation of Eritrea, Somalia, Libya, and Ethiopia.

Each colony is allocated a whole room that is filled with photo archives, uniforms and assorted artefacts and memorabilia to engagingly tell the story of this complex period of history between 1885 and 1960.

Many of the exhibits come from the collection of Mario Nobile, supplemented with donations received over the years. 

Free visit, free entry; on Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am-1.00pm and 3.00pm-5.00pm; on Wednsday, Friday adn Saturday: 9.00am-1.00pm
