Palazzo Arezzo was built by one of the city's leading families, the Arezzo De Spuches, and stands in the centre of Ragusa Ibla, occupying a whole block between Corso XXV Aprile, Via Pietro Novelli, and Via Orfanotrofio.
Its rooms are still furnished in the period style with elaborate and elegant pieces.
Particularly of note are the art gallery, put together by Baron Corrado Arezzo, and the small 19th century theatre concealed within the walls of the palace and invisible from the outside.
Both the palace and the theatre are open to visitors during the exhibitions organised by the owners.
