The festival is characterized by the presence of breweries and gastronomy selected from all over Italy and by musical entertainment with national and international artists.
The event offers "sensory taste laboratories" dedicated to the most demanding palates but also suitable for beginners. There will be tasting itineraries including gourmet courses and a selection of craft beers.

It is the second event bearing the signature of the Taste Committee, a cultural association made up of entrepreneurs in the catering sector and chefs concentrated along the Iblea coastal strip, from Marina di Ragusa to Punta Secca. Marina Gourmet will be held in Marina di Ragusa on 27/28/29 September 2025.
